What it is
A photo of the load and its weight, or the spec sheet
One truck brings the load and sets it where it needs to go. No separate crane company, no second crew, no waiting on a second booking.

Crane truck lifts
A crane truck is a flatbed with a knuckle-boom crane mounted behind the cab. That combination is the whole point of what we do: the load rides on the deck, and when we get there the crane picks it off and sets it on the roof, over the fence, into the yard or onto the pad. You book one truck and one operator for the entire job.
Ours lift up to 8 tons and reach out to 65 feet, on a 25 ft deck. That covers the large majority of what contractors and property managers call about: rooftop units, precast, steel, lumber packages, containers, generators, machinery, elevator components. If it weighs under 8 tons and a truck can't get right up to it, this is the service.
We set up outriggers on every lift, use proper rigging, and talk through the pick with whoever is receiving it before anything leaves the deck. The operator who quotes the job is the one running the crane.
