What it is
What's being delivered, with weights and lengths
Rails, cabs, machine-room gear and components, delivered into tight downtown sites and lifted to where the mechanics need them. This is work we specialize in.

Elevator industry
Elevator work has its own logistics problem. The components are long, heavy and awkward; the sites are usually high-rises in the densest parts of the city with no room to stage; and the install crew can't do anything until the material is at the hoistway. We've built a good part of our business around solving that for elevator contractors in Toronto.
We pick up from the supplier or your shop, bring rails, cab sections, machines, controllers, door packages and counterweights on the 25 ft deck, and crane them off at the building to the loading dock, the ground-floor staging area or through an opening at height. Downtown sites with lane restrictions, hoarding and overhead wires are what we're used to.
Elevator contractors tend to be repeat clients, because once a delivery goes smoothly they'd rather not go back to coordinating a separate carrier and a separate crane.
