Flatbed transport across the GTA

25 feet of deck, and a crane to take the load off at the other end. Pickup, haul and placement from one truck.

Flatbed transport

Hauling that doesn't need a forklift waiting at the other end

Every truck in our fleet is a flatbed first. The 25 ft deck takes steel, pipe, lumber packages, precast, equipment skids, containers and crated machinery. What makes it different from a regular flatbed carrier is the crane behind the cab: we load ourselves at the supplier and unload ourselves at the site. Nobody has to have a forklift or a loader ready for us.

That matters most for deliveries to places that don't have equipment: residential job sites, downtown buildings, rooftops, backyards, rural properties. It also matters when the supplier's yard is busy. We don't wait for their forklift; we pick it ourselves and go.

Single trips, recurring supplier runs, and emergency moves when another carrier has let you down. We've recovered more than one load that was stuck somewhere it shouldn't have been.

Questions we get

Flatbed Transport: the common questions

What's the longest load you can carry? +
The deck is 25 ft. Loads can overhang somewhat depending on what they are and how they're secured; tell us the length and we'll say whether it works.
Can you pick up from a supplier yard? +
Yes, and we don't need their forklift. We load ourselves with the crane, strap it down and go. That's often faster than waiting in line for yard equipment.
Do you do multiple stops? +
Yes. If you have material going to two or three sites, or picking up from two suppliers for one site, give us the list and we'll route it.
Is the load insured in transit? +
Yes. We carry cargo insurance along with liability, and we can provide a certificate on request.
